Projection Images: For each Digital Projection meeting, members can submit either, a) two projection images in their Star level, OR, b) one projection image for feedback only.
Prints: For each Print Night, members can submit either, a) up to four prints in their Star level (1 or 2 Monochrome/B&W and/or 1 or 2 Colour), OR, b) four prints for feedback only (1 or 2 MonochromeB/&W and/or 1 or 2 Colour).
Resubmitting Star Level Images: Members are allowed to re-submit a Star Level image if they would like to have the image re-evaluated by a different judge in the given category that is was originally submitted. The image can only be re-submitted once in the same category and must be marked with an X in front of the title. e.g. "X-Image Title" All other guidelines and rules should be followed per the links below.
Submitting Feedback Only Images as Star Level Images: At a subsequent meeting night, members may submit a previously-submitted Feedback Only image as a Star Level image, and have it treated as a first-time submission, not a re-submitted image. For example, an image titled "Snowy Mountain Peak" that was submitted for Feedback Only on October Projection Night, could then be submitted as a Star Level image at a later date (e.g. October Print or November Projection Night), without being considered a 'resubmitted image'.
